Obituary for Joseph Wayne Chatfield

Joseph Wayne Chatfield, 31, of Philadelphia, passed away on Saturday, February 16, 2019, at Blessing Hospital in Quincy, IL.

Memorial Services will be held at a later date.
Funeral arrangements by Lewis Brothers Funeral Chapel.

Joey was born April 25, 1987, in Hamburg, Iowa to Russell Dean Chatfield and Tammy Bright.

Professionally, Joey worked in construction with Chatfield and Son's Construction, building houses.
His hobbies included hunting and fishing as he was an avid outdoorsman. He loved the Kansas City Chiefs and enjoyed races at Quincy Raceways. He enjoyed racing his four wheelers. Those who loved him knew he loved his Bud Light.

Joey is survived by his dad Russell Chatfield ( Cheryl June) of Monroe City, MO and Tammy Bright Chatfield of Essex, IA his daughter Emily Micah Chatfield of Quincy, IL, his sister, Desiree Chatfield of Canton, MO, his brother Corey Bright of Council Bluffs, IA, and a sister Tina Bright of Clarinda, IA, his grandparents Dean Chatfield (Anita) of Monroe City, MO, Gloria June Hamilton of Denham Springs, LA, Richard Bright of Essex, IA, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family.

Joey was a Christian by faith and attended Hester Community Church.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Matthew Norcross, Caleb Schultz, JJ Chatfield, Ashley Chatfield, Devnie Turpin, and Adam Ragar.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family payable to Russell Chatfield.
